Friends are good for accountability. They can remind you to pull yourself together, speak positive, and don’t lose hope. It’s very easy to fall into the trap of hopelessness and despair when dealing with a chronic illness especially when doctors are having a very hard time diagnosing you. As a result, you’re bouncing from doctor to doctor and from test to to test no closer to relief. Frustration and bitterness sets in. STOP WORRYING TAYLOR. That’s what I’m starting to tell myself when emotions begin to overwhelm me. It’s okay to recognize the situation, it’s okay to feel, be sad, and be angry…but you can’t stay there. There is no oxygen in that. You will continue to suffocate until there’s nothing left of you. Not today Satan! 🙅🏽♀️
Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[b]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith!
