Okay Pure Naturals Oil

Review! ➰➰➰➰➰➰➰➰

I did an overnight treatment with @okaypurenaturals Jamaican Black Castor Oil All Natural Shine Treatment promoting moisture and growth.

1) I sectioned my hair into 4 sections

2) Sprayed my hair with water

3) Saturated my hair with the @okaypurenaturals oil

4) Twisted my hair into makeshift Bantu knots

5) Put a clear cap on and then used my @thermalhaircare Hothead to provide some heat for the oil to soak in my hair

6) Left the oil on overnight

The oil has a grapefruit scent that was pleasant but slightly strong(I’m sensitive to smells). The oil did give my hair shine and my hair felt soft. Overall, I liked the oil!

I found out from my natural hair stylist that out hair actually makes the oil we need own it’s own. Did you know that?

I did know that. However, everyone’s hair is different and some people need a little extra of certain things. If someone feels their hair produces enough oil, then you don’t need to do hot oil treatments for any purpose. My hair needs a little extra TLC sometimes, especially when I don’t wash it for over a week. You definitely don’t want to over do it and cause hygral fatigue.
