Love my Weights!

I LOVE WORKING OUT WITH WEIGHTS! I took a week off from working out. Last week was ROUGH! I had a cold, started my period, and was having chronic illness flare ups complete with headaches, nausea, cramping, excessive sweating, hacking, and dizziness. I was in bed slot, barely able to get up or function at times. However, it’s a new week! I’m not feeling 100% but I am feeling better than I was and I was able to workout! I started a new workout program tonight. My workout went great!! I modified one of the moves even more than the modifier but other than that, I was able to keep up. I used 7lb weights and a light resistance band. I impressed myself tonight. I really enjoy working out with weights and I missed it so much over the last 7 years I’ve been sick. Day 1 down! This is prep week. .
