Yummy Crispy Collard Green Chips! Buy either already chopped Collards or the whole leaves(rip into bite size pieces), take out the large stems, put them on a pan, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt or kosher salt, and bake on 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
