Meal prep done right! One set of meals for the upcoming week and one set for after I come back from vacation which I’ll put in the freezer and defrost later! I’ve got one meal of cod, mashed potatoes, carrots, Kale, and Brussel sprouts. Another meal of a soup made with chicken thighs, organic chicken broth, brown rice, sweet white corn, and crimini mushrooms. How do you meal prep?
