Elimination Diet- Week 1

Elimination diet-Week 1. This week I’ll be eating organic gluten free steel cut oatmeal with vegan protein powder, sage turkey sausage(homemade), tri bean and brown rice bowls, rosemary chicken breast fillets with roasted squash and cauliflower, and an assortment of pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.

The gluten free organic steel cut oatmeal, I made with almond milk and vegan protein powder. I added in blueberries and pecans.

The sage turkey sausage, I mixed lb ground turkey with sea salt, sage, and basil. I cooked the sausage patties on a cast iron skillet with extra virgin olive oil.

The tri bean and brown rice bowls, I cooked brown rice in a rice cooker, then added in an organic tri bean blend canned mix, baby spinach, and avocado over medium high heat until everything was heated through.

The rosemary chicken breast, I baked the chicken coated in olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and rosemary on 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I roasted the squash on 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

The avocado toast, I mashed an organic avocado and spread it on gluten free bread, sprinkled with sea salt.
