Cod with a Greek Yogurt, Lemon, and Garlic Sauce

Made lunch for this week! Cod in a Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon sauce with white rice and steamed broccoli.

Recipe:

6 pieces of frozen cod that I thawed

5 heaping tablespoons of Fage Total Greek yogurt

2 lemons, squeezed, pulp included

2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Salt to taste

1) Put Cod in a baking dish

2) Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil

3) Spread mixture of Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and garlic over the fish so it’s coated evenly

4) Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky
