Brussel Sprouts Tip!

Food tip! Halve your Brussel sprouts or cut them up however you’d like because that releases some of the gas they naturally have. This will help them not have an bitter or funky taste once cooked. I’ve found when you cut them open, after cooking, they taste a bit sweeter. I like to steam, cook them on the stovetop, bake, and roast them. So many options!!

    Try Balsamic vinegarette, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and roast for 35min at 415 degrees. I experimented with this it was sooooooo good!
