Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

Purple or green cabbage

Kosher or sea salt

Coarse ground pepper

Beef or chicken broth

Ground Cumin

Ground Ginger

Beer or chicken bouillon cube

Carrots

Water

Recipe

1) Chop cabbage, chop carrots thin, place in a pot on high heat

2) Add in 1 carton of broth

3) Add in 2-4 cups of water based on how much soup you want to make

4) Add in bouillon cube, a pinch of salt, pepper, cumin, and ginger then stir

5) Bring to a boil and then check to see if carrots and cabbage are tender

6) If cabbage and carrots are not tender, reduce heat to medium and cook until veggies are tender
