Broccoli Salad

Broccoli salad I made over the weekend. Yum!!! 😋 It can be modified how you like. I made 2 slightly different versions.

I didn’t make the dressing in the recipe above.

Here’s what I did:

1) Got a large bowl and put in 32oz of fresh broccoli.

2) Poured in roasted and salted sunflower seeds, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, diced red onions, and bacon bits over the broccoli. I splashed apple cider vinegar over everything.

3) I mixed together in a separate bowl sour cream, mayo, kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, white wine vinegar, and sugar.

4) Pour the mixture over the dry ingredient and mix until everything is coated evenly. Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5) Serve and enjoy!

I made another version of this with everything except the red onion and cheese, that was delicious too!!
