Salmon, Broccoli, and Mushrooms! Yum!

Yum!!! I love meal prep. I get to make delicious food and it saves me a bunch of time during the week! I roasted fresh broccoli and portobello mushrooms on 425 degrees for 20 minutes. I poured a little soy sauce on the mushrooms. I also roasted salmon seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper on 425 for 20 minutes as well. This was a quick and easy meal!
