Lamb Curry

Low Fod-Map Lamb Curry. YUM!! I made this for the 1st time and it came out good. I made some modifications like only using carrots and zucchini as my veggies and using coconut oil. Next time, I would add more salt and more lamb. I think this recipe could be modified to be vegetarian as well. I used basmati rice with this(added it in st the end).
