Fight On My Fellow Warriors

@thekindafitchick Inspired this post. Each day is a struggle for me. Some days I can smile through and push through. Some days it’s hard for me to get up and function. Sometimes, I can’t do the things I want to do because of physical limitations. I have various health issues BUT I am not letting them get in the way of my overall health and wellness goals! I may have to modify things, but that is OKAY! I am committed to working out as consistently as my body allows. I’m not working out for abs, I’m not working out to get the most toned body, I’m not working out to have the biggest muscles, but I’m working out to keep me moving forward in my efforts of taking care of myself. I’m working on self love. I am worthy of being taken care of. I am good enough to share this gift I have with everyone. Life pulls at us all and sometimes we’re stretched thin, but in all the craziness trust that you and I are always worth loving…even if you’re the only one cheerleading for yourself. YOU DESERVE IT. If you can relate, drop me an emoji below! .
